My favourite listing right now--206-820 Short Street--brand-new condo, never been lived in. Someone bought it for $279,000 on June 25, 2007, after it had been on the market for 123 days. It was listed on May 23, 2008 for $369,900; now reduced to only $349,900! A modest $70,000 profit in a year (if someone is stupid enough to pay the price). Surely there must be a special place in hell for these people.

FYI 206-820 Short has just been relisted at $334,900. Down to only $55K profit in a year and falling! Whee!
